Pre-retirement dashboard filters
This module does not replace the LMS. It receives LMS/provider feeds and converts them into attendance, completion, score, overdue, not-started, and at-risk indicators. The filters allow PSMD to compare providers, ministries, provinces, gender groups, and risk levels.
Provider comparison
Shows selected retirees grouped by training provider. This answers which provider has the highest early-warning workload after applying ministry, province, gender, or risk filters.
