Director Overview
Aggregate reporting for approved Directors: participation, successful interventions, ministry comparison, and Kupona service access without exposing private clinical notes.
Dashboard filters
Unless labelled otherwise, charts below show personnel counts. Consultation totals, successful interventions, and compliance are shown separately in the top metric cards and Kupona/compliance signals.
Kupona data aggregated into this dashboard
These are the operational feeds currently being summarised for Director reporting. Directors see aggregate counts and risk signals; employee-level clinical notes remain outside this dashboard.
PSMD performance review data
This is employer performance review data supplied by PSMD. It is used to compare workplace performance, attendance, disciplinary indicators, and capacity-to-work risk alongside Kupona care progress.
Ministry comparison
Default view: total personnel records per ministry across all early-warning categories, provinces, and genders.
When filters are selected, this chart answers: which ministries have the highest count within the selected category, province, gender, or period.
Highest volume ministry: Ministry of Education.
Concern categories
Default view: personnel records grouped by HR early-warning concern category.
When a ministry, province, or gender is selected, this shows which concern categories are driving that selected group.
Provincial risk heatmap
Default view: risk pressure score by province across all selected records. High-risk records carry more weight than moderate, watch, or low-risk records.
When a category such as absenteeism is selected, this shows which provinces have the highest risk pressure for that issue.
Early-warning analytics
Change filters to narrow the dashboard and recalculate indicators.
Gender distribution
Default view: selected personnel records grouped by gender. When issue, province, or ministry filters are selected, this shows the gender split inside that filtered group.
